The fundraising committee has been hard at work with different ideas to help raise money for GES. We are working to facilitate the support of reading at GES, support our staff, and increase parent and community involvement at GES.
We have completed our fall fundraiser. So far, with money that GES PTA has raised, we have used the money to purchase the following items for GES:
- Accelerated Reader Program to encourage reading
- Agendas/calendars that students in 2nd-5th grade use to facilitate communication and encourage student responsibility
- Beautification of the school, inside and out
- Support of our students in their classrooms with the reading buddies, RAZ, classroom libraries and school library
- PBIS - School wide behavior program celebrations and cheetah store
- and much much more...
As more items are purchased, and other fundraiser updates are available, we will keep this page posted.
